Kish, who practiced in California for 13 years before joining Synergy Law Group, concentrates his practice on commercial and intellectual property litigation at both the trial and appellate court levels. He represents clients in litigation involving contract and commercial disputes, trade secrets, restrictive covenant and non-compete issues, trademark and copyright matters and technology, internet and online disputes. He also has extensive experience involving the professional liability of officers, directors, attorneys and accountants, as well as disputes involving the corporate governance of organizations of all sizes.
Kish made his presence immediately known at Synergy Law Group by obtaining, along with partner Bartly Loethen, an $11.7 million judgment and permanent injunction against a self-styled internet watchdog that had interfered with one of Synergy Law Group’s client’s internet marketing business.
