Clifford Chance Restructures Commodities Litigation & Arbitration Practice

LAWFUEL – Legal Newswire – Clifford Chance closes Shipping Practice Clifford Chance UK Head of Litigation announced today the formal closure of the Shipping Litigation practice and the restructuring of the firm’s Commodities litigation and arbitration practice. The decision to stop undertaking shipping litigation is a further step towards aligning the work of the litigation team with the firm’s clients.

The head of the Shipping Practice, Mark Morrison, will leave with a team of three lawyers to join Holman Fenwick & Willan in the New Year.
