The new Partners will become members of the firm on January 1, 2009. They are: Alyssa K. Caples, Corporate (J.D., Harvard Law School; B.A. Columbia University); Jennifer S. Conway, Tax (J.D. Columbia University School of Law, B.S.F.S. Georgetown University); and Minh Van Ngo, Corporate (J.D. Yale Law School, B.A. Duke University).
