DALLAS — The international law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. today announced that Thomas G. Adler has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate, Banking and Business Department in Dallas.

Adler brings 30 years of legal experience to Fulbright & Jaworski. His practice primarily focuses on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Prior to joining Fulbright, he was a shareholder at Jenkens & Gilchrist, P.C.

Ken Stewart, partner in charge of Fulbright’s Dallas office, said, “Tom is a welcome addition to our expanding Corporation, Banking and Business Department. He has superior capabilities as a corporate lawyer that will benefit both current and potential corporate clients.”

Adler graduated from Princeton University with a degree in economics and received his law degree with high honors from The University of Texas School of Law.
