New York – March 17, 2008 – LAWFUEL – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising International Paper in its agreement with Weyerhaeuser to purchase its Containerboard, Packaging and Recycling business for $6 billion in cash, subject to post-closing adjustments.
