Dentons has reinforced its commitment to community and pro bono work, welcoming National Head of Pro Bono Partner, Tamara Sims.
Tamara has over 20 years of experience working in legal practice in the pro bono and not for profit sectors, focusing on advocating for marginalised and disadvantaged communities to ensure access to justice.
Tamara brings a wide range of experience, including across human rights, refugee law, administrative law, international human rights, disability and discrimination law, victims’ compensation, domestic violence, housing rights and credit and debt matters. Tamara also has substantial experience in litigating large scale public interest and human rights matters in varied jurisdictions.

Tamara will be based in Sydney, and lead Dentons’ national pro bono activities.
