DLA Piper Advises Gresham On West Cornwall MBO

London – LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – DLA Piper has advised Gresham Private Equity, a leading independent UK mid-market private equity specialist, on its funding of the buy-out of West Cornwall Pasty Co Limited (WCPCo).

WCPCo was founded in the late 1990s by Ken Cocking and his sons Gavin and Arron. The company, which operates 55 outlets across the UK with 20 in London alone, sells over seven million pasties a year.

Christian Bruning and Mike O’Brien from Gresham Private Equity were advised by a DLA Piper team led by corporate partner David Raff and senior associate Ed Griffiths, together with banking partner, David Miles.
