DLA Piper Appoints New Human Resources Director In Asia

Hong Kong – DLA Piper today announced the appointment of Meg Graham as HR Director of Asia. Ms Graham, whose extensive experience as a senior HR leader includes one of Australia’s leading law firms, will spearhead strategic human resource management as DLA Piper continues its growth momentum across Asia.

Drawing on her experience driving integrated HR strategies pan-Asia, she will be responsible for formulating and implementing DLA Piper’s regional HR strategy.

Ms Graham brings over 20 years of human resources expertise in the financial and legal services sectors. Prior to joining DLA Piper, she was the General Manager for Human Resources at Veda Advantage Pty Ltd, a leading provider of business intelligence solutions and services in Australia and New Zealand. She has also been Head of HR at DLA Phillips Fox (formerly known as Phillips Fox Lawyers), which is a DLA Piper group alliance firm in Australia and New Zealand, and TMP Worldwide for Asia-Pacific, an online recruitment leader and one of the world’s largest executive search and selection agencies.

Ms Graham brings a wealth of expertise aligning HR to business strategy, building organisational and leadership capability, managing high-performing teams of HR professionals, and implementing change management. At DLA Phillips Fox, Ms Graham created the inaugural firm wide HR strategy supporting the firm’s vision, values and goals.
