Europe Legal – Nikolaus Reinhuber Joins International Law Firm Baker & McKenzie

Frankfurt, 12 December 2007 – Baker & McKenzie has announced that a leading German corporate and M&A lawyer, Dr Nikolaus Reinhuber, will join its Frankfurt office as a Partner in January 2008. He is a partner coming from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he has been since 1991.

Dr. Reinhuber is recognized as one of Germany’s top tier corporate lawyers, with a proven track record on a series of high-profile transactions for worldwide corporations and private equity houses. His portfolio of clients includes KKR, Permira, the KION Group, Lufthansa Cargo AG and Thomson Corporation.

Dr. Reinhuber’s move to Baker & McKenzie’s Frankfurt office is aligned with the Firm’s strategic focus on global financial centers and the continued expansion of its transactional practices.
