Eversheds Boosts German Law Offering With New Legal Appointments

LawFuel.com – Europe Law Newswire Service – 21 October 2009 – International law firm Eversheds boosts its German offering with the appointments of expert Patent Attorneys Dr Herbert Kunz and Dr Michael Schneider. Kunz, Head of Hammonds in Munich, will lead, and develop with Schneider, a new practice group called Patent Services and Prosecution, at Eversheds in Munich.

Intellectual Property is a key business issue for many of Eversheds’ global clients and with Munich being home to the European Patent Office and with Germany being a key European patent litigation jurisdiction, the new recruits will strengthen the IP practice of Eversheds Germany. The full service offering covers patent prosecution and litigation, trademarks and copyright law, designs, media and press law.
