DALLAS – The Dallas law firm of Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C., has promoted Francisco J. Valenzuela to member.
Mr. Valenzuela, who handles school litigation, employment litigation, and local government defense, joined the firm in 2007. Prior to joining Fanning Harper, he worked as Associate Corporate Counsel for the Morgan Management Corporation. He recently was named to the list of Texas Rising Stars published in Texas Monthly magazine.

Originally from Miami, Fla., Mr. Valenzuela earned his undergraduate degree in Politics from the University of Dallas, and his law degree from Notre Dame Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team. Mr. Valenzuela and his wife returned to Dallas from Miami in late 2005, and are the proud parents of four sons. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, including coaching soccer and playing sports.
