3 October 2007 – LAWFUEL – The Law Firm News Wire – The boards of UK cashpoint machine operator Cardpoint plc and its Irish counterpart alphyra Holdings Limited have announced that they have agreed the terms of a merger to create a leading European consumer payments and cash distribution group. The parent company of the resulting group will be a newly incorporated company called Payzone plc and will be headquartered and domiciled in Ireland and listed on AIM.
International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is advising Cardpoint and Payzone.
