Leading international law firm, Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) has advised the Cameroon Oil Transportation Company (COTCO) in the €75.3m prefinancing for the development of the Chad-Cameroon pipeline to the Lom Pangar Hydro Power project.
The prefinancing, agreed by the government of the Republic of Cameroon, will enable COTCO, the operator of the pipeline, to complete modification work on several kilometers of pipeline, making it possible for the Cameroon government to build a dam reservoir at the confluence of the Lom and Pangar rivers.
