Matt’s practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He began his career in New York and worked in the cross-border transaction practice at Rogers & Wells prior to the merger of Clifford Chance and Rogers & Wells in 2000. In his time in Asia he has been based in the Hong Kong and Beijing offices. He has worked on a number of high profile deals in the region.
