International law firm Allen & Overy advised Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein on the successful bond issue by the City of Gelsenkirchen, exchangeable into 2,758,925 RWE AG shares. With a total volume of e129 million, the bonds will mature in 2009.

The Allen & Overy team was led by Frankfurt-based partners Dr. Michael Schlitt (coordination) and Dr. Oliver Seiler, assisted by associate Dr. Susanne Schäfer.
