International law firm Allen & Overy is advising BLB Investors, L.L.C. in connection with its offer for Wembley plc at 800 pence per share. The offer, which was announced on 30 March 2004, values Wembley plc at approximately £287.3 million. BLB Investors is the bidding vehicle of a consortium comprising Starwood Capital Group Global, L.L.C., Kerzner International Limited and Waterford Group, L.L.C. The Allen & Overy team spans the firm's London and New York offices.
