Employment Lawyer – 5 Years PQE – Hamilton

Sharp Tudhope Lawyers have an exciting opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join our busy litigation team.

We are looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis, but we are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

We are based in Tauranga, but are open to remote working arrangements and happy to talk to candidates New Zealand wide.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years’ PQE specialising in employment law.
• Knows their way around employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, workplace policies, disciplinary matters, performance management matters, redundancy and restructuring, workplace health and safety matters, and a broad spectrum of other employment related matters.
• Is a team player with great communication skills.
• Has excellent document drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Has excellent analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
• Is good at building relationships with new and existing clients.
