Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take the next step, Woodward Chrisp has exciting opportunities for graduate and junior solicitors to join our team, ideally for an immediate start. We have several full-time roles available for law graduates or newly admitted lawyers across a range of legal areas – from property and commercial to criminal, family, employment, Māori Land Court and civil litigation.

Our philosophy is to grow young lawyers in all areas of legal practice, and this flexible approach offers the chance to develop a broad base of legal experience before settling into a specific area of practice that suits your interests and strengths. We want to explore what you’re good at, discover what you love, and find the right fit within the firm!

We’re seeking motivated law graduates and junior solicitors who are open to exploring different areas of law. You’ll work closely with experienced lawyers and directors, get involved in meaningful client work early on, and be supported to grow your skills and confidence.
