We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented first or second year solicitor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a junior lawyer with strong academics and good commercial awareness to develop their legal career in a hands-on, supportive environment. You will work closely with experienced partners on complex and varied matters, with exposure to all stages of dispute resolution in civil and environmental litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with court hearings and dispute resolution in environmental and civil litigation matters.
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, submissions, and correspondence.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
  • Engage with clients, experts, and external counsel on a wide range of files.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: A completed law degree is required.
  • Admission: Admission to the bar and 0-2 year PQE.
  • Academic Excellence: A strong academic record and well-developed analytical skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of the commercial aspects of legal practice.
  • Interest: A genuine passion for environmental and civil litigation.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
