We’re on the lookout for an experienced Legal Assistant (3+ years) to join our busy Family Law team in Auckland. You’ll be supporting a group of four high-performing authors who are passionate about what they do – and they’ll rely on your sharp organisational skills, calmness under pressure, and deep understanding of family law processes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing high-level legal and administrative support to four busy authors
  • Managing court documents and filings with precision and confidence
  • Coordinating deadlines, meetings, billing, and reporting with ease
  • Working across Actionstep and NetDocuments (experience with these is a plus)
  • Keeping everything running smoothly – even when things get busy

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally in Family Law
  • Strong knowledge of Family Court procedures and documentation
  • A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with confidence in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF tools
  • Someone proactive, adaptable, and takes pride in their work
