Silver has more than two decades of experience in business litigation, employment and professional liability matters.
Silver’s practice focuses on all aspects of employment law and labor relations including employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and litigation. He will also handle professional liability matters including representing attorneys, directors and officers, real estate agents and brokers, insurance agents and brokers, accountants and architects.
Silver comes to KDV from the Sherman Oaks, CA office of Nemecek & Cole where he was a business litigation and professional liability partner of the firm.
