Kilpatrick Stockton and Bell, Rosenberg & Hughes Join Forces

Merger Brings Together Leading Construction Attorneys; Gives Kilpatrick Stockton First California Office

ATLANTA/OAKLAND (October 4) — Kilpatrick Stockton and Bell, Rosenberg & Hughes today jointly announced the merger of their firms. The combined firm will be known as Kilpatrick Stockton.

The two firms bring together many of the nation’s leading construction and infrastructure development attorneys representing a broad spectrum of clients across California, the United States, and the Middle East. Ten attorneys, including five partners, one counsel, and four associates will be joining Kilpatrick Stockton. The merger, which was effective October 1, 2010, marks Kilpatrick Stockton’s first office in California. Bill Dorris and Diane Prucino will continue to serve as Kilpatrick Stockton Managing Partners. Roger Hughes will serve as the Managing Partner of the Oakland office.
