Kilpatrick Stockton LLP announces the addition of two associates to the firm’s Raleigh office. Ms. Kristen Brown joins the Employee Benefits Practice Group, where she will focus on executive compensation, equity compensation, and retirement and welfare benefit plans. Ms. Kirsten Kenney joins the Real Estate Practice Group, where she will focus on commercial lending and development.

Kristen Brown brings extensive experience in taxation with a specific focus on partnership and corporate transactions and tax-exempt organizations. Ms. Brown earned her B.A. from the University of Washington, her J.D., magna cum laude from Gonzaga University, and her LL.M. with honors in Taxation from Georgetown University.

Kirsten Kenney earned her J.D. from the Duke University School of Law in 2003. During law school, she was a Research Assistant for the Center for Adolescent Health and the Law in Chapel Hill, NC. Ms. Kenney earned her B.A. magna cum laude, in History and German from Wellesley College.
