Kilpatrick Stockton LLP today announced the addition of Paul McNamara and Ginger Theis to the firm’s Charlotte office. Mr. McNamara joins as an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group and Ms. Theis joins as associate in the Litigation Practice Group.
Ms. Theis will focus her practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes and antitrust litigation. Prior to joining Kilpatrick Stockton, she was an associate at a large law firm based in D.C. Ms. Theis received her B.S. in History from the University of Virginia in 1996 and her J.D. from George Washington University in 1999.
Mr. McNamara will focus his practice on commercial real estate development and finance with an emphasis on loan origination for investment bank, national bank and agency clients. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina in 2000 and his J.D. from Wake Forest University in 2003.
