Kilpatrick Stockton LLP today announced the addition of Stephen Inman and J. Calvin Cunningham, III to the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Mr. Cunningham received his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy, with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1996; his MSc in Public Administration and Public Policy from the London School of Economics in 1997 and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999.
Mr. Cunningham will focus on a variety of areas, including commercial and securities litigation and products liability. Cunningham is a former member of the North Carolina Senate, where he served as the Vice Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He is also a First Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserves, Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
Mr. Inman received his B.A., magna cum laude in German and History, with Honors, in 1996 from Washington & Lee University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1999, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Board.
Mr. Inman’s primary focus will be on antitrust, intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. His background includes experience in a variety of business litigation matters involving the misappropriation of trade secrets and the defense of antitrust and patent infringement claims.
