Law Firm Kilpatrick Stockton Adds Experienced Counsel to Litigation Department

Winston-Salem (August 20) (LAWFUEL) – Kilpatrick Stockton announced today the addition of Mark Boynton to the firm’s Winston-Salem office. Mr. Boynton, who just completed a term as Litigation Section Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association, will be joining Kilpatrick Stockton as Counsel and will be a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Early in Mr. Boynton’s career, he practiced at Kilpatrick Stockton as an associate in the Litigation Department.

“Mark brings a wealth of litigation experience to our firm’s already strong and deep Litigation Department,” said Steve Berlin, Kilpatrick Stockton Executive Committee Member and Winston-Salem Managing Partner. “And his community leadership is a natural fit for our firm because of our ongoing commitment to giving back to the Triad area. We are excited that Mark has re-joined Kilpatrick Stockton and I know the entire firm looks forward to working with him.”

Mr. Boynton, who has been recognized as one of North Carolina’s Legal Elite, has counseled all members of the construction industry including architects, engineers, surveyors, owners, contractors, sub-contractors, material suppliers and building product manufacturers.
