LawFuel.com – Latest Law News – The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the nanny who was initially at the center of country music star Sara Evans’ divorce battle is planning to sue the “Cheatin'” singer.
Evans has agreed to pull former friend Alison Clinton’s name from divorce papers, accepting the nanny did not have an affair with her estranged husband Craig Schelske.
But, after demanding a public apology from the singer — which she didn’t get — Clinton is preparing to file a lawsuit against Evans.
