As Baker McKenzie’s Annual Partner meeting in Washington, D.C, concludes, the Firm announces a number of changes to its global leadership team with immediate effect.

Esteban Raventos (Barcelona), Michael Santa Maria (Dallas) and Michael Wong (Taipei) join the Firm’s Executive Committee, while existing members Ai Ai Wong (Singapore), Constanze Ulmer-Eilfort (Munich) and Duane Webber (Washington, D.C.) step up to become the Regional Chairs of Baker McKenzie in Asia-Pacific, EMEA and North America respectively.

Mike Wagner (Chicago), Gary Seib (Hong Kong) and Erik Scheer (Amsterdam) return to practice as their four-year terms end.

Baker McKenzie’s Acting Global Chair, Jaime Trujillo, said:  “I welcome our new Executive Committee members and Regional Chairs to their positions and look forward to working with them. The Firm has achieved a great deal in the past 12 months, with double digit revenue growth, maintaining our position as the world’s leading law firm brand and promoting more women to partner than any other global firm. At the end of a successful Annual Partner meeting we can look to the year ahead with real confidence and ambition.”

“I would also like to thank Mike, Gary and Erik for their service and commitment  to improving the Firm throughout their time on the Executive Committee.”
