LawFuel, the New Zealand legal jobs board has reported that an increased level of interest in legal jobs has seen both a wider range of jobs being sought as well as more jobs in property and commercial law, rather than liquidation legal jobs and litigation.
LawFuel regularly checks on recruiters and law firm employers to monitor legal jobs generally and sees a growing optimism in the legal jobs market, augering for a rather better 2010 than 2009.
