Serbaroli has joined the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP in its New York City office as a shareholder in the Health and FDA Business Practice Group. Serbaroli joins Greenberg Traurig from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. He has also served as a member of the New York State Public Health Council for more than 13 years.

Serbaroli, who has nearly three decades of industry experience, will expand Greenberg Traurig’s health care practice in New York State. Serbaroli represents health plans, hospitals, nursing homes and home care providers, clinics as well as clinical laboratories and renal dialysis providers, and other health care companies. He handles a wide range of corporate, regulatory, compliance, corporate governance and litigation matters for these clients. He also advises numerous companies in connection with the prohibitions on the corporate practice of medicine and fee-splitting.

Members of the Public Health Council are nominated by the Governor and confirmed by the New York State Senate. Serbaroli is currently serving his third term as a Council Member.
