Loeb & Loeb LLP announced the election of
Michael D. Beck as co-chair of the firm, effective April 25, 2004. He
succeeds Jerome L. Levine, who is stepping down after four years in
office. Mr. Beck joins John T. Frankenheimer as co-chair.

Mr. Beck has been managing partner of Loeb & Loeb’s New York office for
the past four years, and currently serves on the firm’s strategic planning
and compensation committees. He was formerly the national head of the
firm’s real estate section.

“I’m greatly honored to be co-chair of Loeb & Loeb,” said Mr. Beck. “I’m
also honored to be stepping into Jerry Levine’s shoes and look forward to
working closely with John Frankenheimer. Under their stewardship, the
firm has boosted revenues and profitability and expanded geographically,
despite the weak economy. My goal is to continue that good work.”

Loeb & Loeb is a multi-service national law firm, with offices in New
York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Nashville. The firm’s practice is
concentrated in five main areas: Corporate; Entertainment; Litigation;
Real Estate; and Tax and Wealth Services.
