LONDON (27 APRIL) – Kilpatrick Stockton LLP announced today the addition of Anna Brackenbury, as associate to the firm’s Intellectual Property Department in London.

Ms. Brackenbury’s experience will increase the capabilities of the firm’s intellectual property offerings in the brand management and protection sector. Ms. Brackenbury has gained valuable knowledge as a solicitor on intellectual property matters in both London and Hong Kong, most recently for Simmons & Simmons. Her wide-range of industry experience includes advising clients in the designer clothing, entertainment, food and beverage, banking and finance, pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries.

“We recognize the significant value Anna will provide to present and future clients of the firm,” said John Pratt, Chair of the Intellectual Property Department. “The addition of Anna is another example of our ongoing commitment to attract leading practitioners to the firm’s European Intellectual Property Group.”

Ms. Brackenbury joins a growing intellectual property department in London. In February, two intellectual property associates joined Kilpatrick Stockton – Anoushka Der Kureghian and Kathrin Vowinckel, following the appointment of well-recognized intellectual property Partner Helen Newman in late 2004.

The Kilpatrick Stockton Intellectual Property Department includes over 95 experienced fee earners dedicated to the service of clients acquiring, protecting and asserting intellectual property and managing intellectual assets all over the world.
