(BLG), an African American-owned, corporate law firm located in the Wall Street financial district. Seth Bryant, the founder of BLG, will head the office which will initially be comprised of 7 attorneys. Although currently focused on corporate and intellectual property transactional matters, the office is expected to grow into a larger, full-service office.
