Mr. Reiter is the head of the firm’s Appellate Department and is Board Certified in Appellate Practice. He handles and oversees appeals at state, federal, and administrative levels. He has represented major corporations, administrative agencies, state and municipal governmental entities, and private individuals in all aspects of appellate practice. Mr. Reiter is currently the Vice-Chair of the Florida Bar Appellate Court Rules Committee and is a member of the Appellate Practice Sections of the Florida Bar, and the Appellate Practice Section of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association.
