Highlights from 2017 include acting for Tomra Systems ASA on its acquisition of Compac Holdings and Rangatira Limited on its sale of Tuatara Brewing Company Limited to DB Breweries Limited. He has acted on a number of significant domestic, international and trans-Tasman M&A deals in 2017, with an extensive international and domestic profile as an Officer of the International Bar Association’s Closely Held and Growing Business Enterprises Committee. The winners of the Australasian Law Awards will be announced at a gala dinner on 17 May at The Star Sydney.
