MoFo Named “Ceiling Smashing” Firm for Women PartnersIn Law360’s annual Glass Ceiling report, MoFo was recognized as one of the top 10 big law firms, referred to as “The Ceiling Smashers.” The list recognizes those firms that have the highest representation of women in their equity partnerships.
Law360’s annual report collects data from more than 300 U.S. firms and ranks them based on their percentage of U.S. equity partners who identify as female. MoFo was ranked fifth on the list of law firms with more than 600 attorneys, moving up three spots from last year. All of the firms in the top 10 have more than one quarter of equity partners that are women.
