Tamara Carmichael, a member of the firm’s Litigation Section, is experienced in trademark, service mark, and copyright prosecution, intellectual property litigation, and business and transactional matters involving intellectual property. She received her B.A. from Stetson University in 1989 and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992.
Michael Frevola, a member of the firm’s Litigation Section, has significant experience in admiralty and commercial litigation and arbitration. He earned his B.A. from Duke University in 1988 and his J.D. with distinction in 1995 from Hofstra University School of Law.
