NEW YORK, March 9, 2005- LAWFUEL – The Law News Network -Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP announced today that David Robbins has joined its New York office as a partner in the firm’s global finance practice group. Robbins is a former partner at White & Case.
Robbins has represented clients in international transactions for more than 20 years and currently concentrates on advising Japanese equity investors, developers, and lenders in international project finance transactions. Robbins, who speaks Japanese and has lived and worked in Tokyo, has wide-ranging experience in project development and financing, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, cross-border joint ventures, and commercial transactions.
Although Robbins is based in New York, he will work primarily with international clients, including those in Japan and Europe.
