Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Presant practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Presant has extensive experience in a wide range of business combination transactions, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs and auctions, and in general corporate matters. "Ivan Presant's broad-based corporate mergers and acquisitions experience makes him an excellent addition to the firm as we continue to expand the breadth of our growing corporate and securities practice," said Richard A.
