NEW YORK, NY, July 8, 2004 – LAWFUEL – The international law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced today that Ivan Presant has joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Corporate and Securities Department in the New York office. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Presant practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Presant has extensive experience in a wide range of business combination transactions, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs and auctions, and in general corporate matters.
