New York, NY, June 28, 2004 – LAWFUEL – Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe LLP today announced that it has signed a lease for 138,000 square feet of space in the new Times Square Tower, located at 7 Times Square. The move is expected take place in early 2005. Heller Ehrman’s New York office, which opened in 1999 with 18 attorneys, currently has 75 attorneys. The new office space will initially accommodate 165 attorneys, with expansion space for 80 additional attorneys.

“We are dedicated to the expansion of our East Coast presence to serve our increasingly global client base,’ said Barry S. Levin, Chairman of Heller Ehrman. “The move to a larger office space at Times Square Tower is yet another example of our firm’s remarkable growth over the past five years. This move is a strategic business decision that will allow us to expand our capabilities and resources to better respond to our clients changing needs for both litigation and transactional work.”

Heller Ehrman’s new office will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including plasma screens with cable television in each conference room, as well as Wi-Fi networking technology, which will allow attorneys and staff to access the firm’s computer network from anywhere in the office. A new business center will accommodate clients with the ability to network in their own computers and immediately access their networks and files. The firm will also utilize a new practice support center which will incorporate movable walls, high speed copiers and printers, and work areas to create a more flexible space.
