New York, NY— LAWFUEL – Legal News Network – The New York office of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP (K&LNG) welcomes Walter P. (Pat) Loughlin to its regulatory and litigation practices.
Loughlin, formerly Chief Appellate Attorney and Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, focuses his practice on civil and criminal litigation, including internal corporate investigations, securities enforcement and white collar defense. His experience includes not only jury trial and appellate advocacy but also advising corporate boards and audit committees on litigation and corporate governance issues.

Peter J. Kalis, chairman and managing partner of K&LNG, said: “Pat brings an unsurpassed range of experiences to the firm and its New York office, and his arrival signifies once again our commitment to build to this firm’s historical strength in complex litigation, dispute resolution and jury trial advocacy.”
