Mr. Pak is a member of the firm’s Finance Group. His practice focuses primarily on acquisition finance, securities offerings and other capital raising for private equity sponsors and a variety of corporations. Mr. Pak received his J.D., cum laude, in 1997 from Harvard Law School and his B.A. in 1994 in History (with distinction), Phi Beta Kappa, from Stanford University. He joined Debevoise in 1997.
