The 2017 Power Lawyer list identifies the power-holders, old names and new who are managing the way the law is administered and practiced.  The List does not include the judiciary, politicians or others, but we do include some who may not practice law any longer (at least in any professional sense) but who nonetheless have a significant background in the law.

Once again, our 50 most powerful include business people, administrators, Queen’s Counsel and partners.  One thing they all demonstrate is the increasingly fluid nature of law today.
