Our client is seeking a commercial solicitor with great potential and a minimum of 2
years experience, post admission. They have an amazing opportunity for the right person to join a very talented team within their leading law firm.
The work spans the full spectrum of commercial law and this role has a particular focus in the financial services sector. Your work will include general commercial issues such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company governance and compliance issues, restructuring and large contract negotiations.
