TGT Legal is proud to announce the appointment of Sally Morris as a senior associate.
Sally Morris has joined TGT Legal from the Sydney office of Ashurst where she was a senior member of the team acting for Samsung in the Federal Court litigation against Apple.
Sally is an experienced commercial litigator who has represented clients on many complex, high profile and high stakes matters.
Sally has acted for clients in hearings in courts in New Zealand and Australia as well as arbitral proceedings, mediations and other alternative dispute resolution processes. She holds a BA / LLB (Hons) from the University of Auckland and an LLM from Columbia University in New York. Sally is admitted to practice in New Zealand, New South Wales and has passed the New York bar exam. Sally will be specialising in contentious trust, estate and relationship property matters for New Zealand and overseas clients.
