It’s Annie Liebovitz again, so what did they expect when a hot teen idol is exposed to the woman who put pregnant Demi Moore on the cover of Vanity Fair? A picture of Miley at the playground – clothed? Hardly. So all the disclosures and warranties and exemptions were signed off and the only ones feeling the heat here are distressed Mid-West housewives, pastors and . . of course Disney. Boo Hoo.
