Stallman’s practice focuses on patent evaluation and due diligence investigations, strategic planning, licensing and litigation.
Mr. Stallman is expert in a wide variety of technologies with special expertise in optics and laser based equipment as well as medical devices. He advises optical metrology device manufacturers, laser systems manufacturers, medical device companies and communication system manufacturers. Stallman also has significant patent trial experience with U.S. and foreign tribunals.

Mr. Stallman was previously a founding partner at intellectual property law firm Stallman & Pollock LLP. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.S. in physics and computer science from Rutgers University.
