PARIS, 4 September 2004 LAWFUEL – Best for law, law news, legal news, attorneys, legal research —Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP announced today that François Bloch has joined its Paris office as a partner in the firm’s corporate practice group and a member of the Orrick European Executive Committee. Bloch is a former partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he led a multi-disciplinary team active in the M&A, Commercial, Restructuring, Litigation and IP practice areas and focusing on the telecommunications, internet/IT, media, entertainment and biotech sectors.
At Orrick, Bloch and his team, comprising, inter alia, Saam Golshani “Of Counsel” and Sophie Boucher, Senior Associate, will continue to focus the practice on French and cross-border transactions, and team up with the other practice areas and offices to offer an even more integrated service to clients instructing Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
