Pepper Hamilton Attorney Henry C. Fader Authors Articles on Homeless Readmission Issues

Pepper Hamilton – To assist the health care industry in better understanding the special needs of the homeless population when they seek medical treatment and the recent focus on readmissions of such patients to hospitals, Pepper Hamilton LLP partner Henry C. Fader recently authored two articles:

“Frequent User Patients – Reducing Costs While Making Appropriate Discharges,” which appeared in the March issue of HFM, the magazine of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (http://www.hfma.org/hfm/)
“Developing Strategies for the Readmission of Homeless Patients,” which appeared in the March issue of Readmissions News (http://www.readmissionsnews.com/).

Mr. Fader is a corporate and health care partner in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton and leads the firm’s health care practice. His practice includes counseling health care providers of all types and sizes – physicians, hospitals, integrated delivery systems, academic medical centers and medical schools, service providers and long-term care providers. He was recently appointed to the Medical Standards Development Task Force of the Respite Care Providers’ Network.

Mr. Fader is a graduate of the University of Rochester and Syracuse University College of Law.
